Three cases of criminal fondling reported on University of Massachusetts-Amherst campus in 2017

There were 3 on-campus cases of criminal fondling in 2017 on the campus of University of Massachusetts-Amherst, located in Amherst, according to the most recent crime statistics available on the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) website.

In 2016, there were 5 cases of criminal fondling on the campus; and in 2015, there were 5 cases of criminal fondling. Overall, in the three year period from 2015 through 2017, 53 percent of on-campus cases of criminal fondling happened in residence halls. The following table shows how many of these on-campus criminal offenses were committed in residence halls:
