Head Women's Track and Field Coach
Williams College invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor of Physical Education and Head Coach of Women's Track and Field. This is a full-time faculty position with an initial appointment of three-years. Re-appointments are granted following regularly scheduled reviews. The appointment will begin on July1, 2023.
Responsibilities include implementing coaching strategies and teaching methods to develop a diverse group of student athletes' skill and teamwork in track and field, supporting student athlete well-being and academic progress, recruiting qualified and broadly diverse student-athletes, budget administration, supervision of assistant coaches, teaching Physical Education classes, and duties as assigned by the Chair.
The department invites applications from candidates with a Bachelor's degree; Master's degree and previous college coaching experience preferred.
