Eph Senior Center Maddy Mandyck Named First Team All-Region by D3Hoops | https://ephsports.williams.edu/
Maddy Mandyck has added another laurel to her final season by being named First Team All-Region by D3Hoops.
Previously she was named to the All-NESCAC First Team and the NESCAC Defensive Player of the Year in a vote by the conference coaches.
This season Mandyck started all 26 games and led the Ephs in minutes played with 954 (36.4/game), rebounds with 284 (10.9/game), recorded 79 assists (3.0/game), and she totaled 81 blocks (3.1/game).
In November Mandyck was named the NESCAC Player of the Week and the U.S. Basketball Writers Association National DIII Player of the Week for her performance in the Ephs' first three games. Mandyck averaged 12.7 points, 10.3 rebounds and 5.7 blocks and added 4 assists, and 2.7 steals those games, all won by the Ephs. She shot 60% from the field and was 8 for 10 from the free-throw line.
Versus Stevenson University she broke the Eph record for most blocks in a game when she rejected 12 shots by the Mustangs. She also contributed 13 points, 16 rebounds, 6 assists, and had 2 steals in that contest.
