Important Traffic Advisory!!!!!
Beginning on Monday April 3, 2023, Baltazar Construction will resume work on the Conway Road reconstruction project and resume construction on the culverts on South Street. Due to the nature of the construction and rebuilding of the culverts it will be necessary to close South Street during construction hours. Local officials have met with MassDOT Friday morning to look at alternatives but due to the width of the road and safety regulations for the use of heavy equipment this closure is unavoidable.
Starting Monday April 3rd and continuing for approximately 4 weeks, South Street will be CLOSED to all thru traffic from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm. The road will be reopened everyday after 3:30 pm to thru traffic.
