On Saturday, March 14, Wesleyan Cardinals—featuring former Northfield Mount Hermon standout Hunter Fleming—were defeated by Tufts Jumbos 75-61 in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The contest began at 4:20 p.m. at Silloway Gymnasium and marked the teams’ first meeting in the tournament.
The University of Massachusetts women’s basketball team announced it has signed three transfers—Alba Caballero, Reagan Hurst, Caroline Dotsey—and first-year Kiki Scott for next season. Head coach Mike Leflar highlighted their diverse skills as key assets aimed at building on last year’s success.
